Wayne started his real estate career in 2004 after personal success in consulting and marketing. Wayne graduated VCU with both his undergraduate degree and MBA. He served as the Richmond Association of REALTORs President in 2020. Wayne enjoys connecting with clients and going the extra mile in every transaction.

Wayne’s daughter Austin joined him in real estate after graduating from Virginia Tech and spending several wonderful years of guest relations experience in Jackson Hole. She received the Five Star Professional Award in 2023. A Richmond native, Austin enjoys managing the details of a transaction and the thrill of helping clients reach their real estate goals in her hometown.
